Where to find us

We're based in Brandywine Hundred, north Wilmington, between Concord Pike and Silverside Road. We come to you for the walkthrough, and closings are held at a licensed Delaware settlement attorney's office in Wilmington, where you can sign in person if you prefer that to e-signature.

What happens after you reach out

  1. Within one business day, Paras calls or texts you back and asks about the house, your timeline, and what you need.
  2. One walkthrough (or photos, if you're out of state). No prep, no cleaning.
  3. A written offer with the math: after-repair value, repair budget, our costs and margin, and your net. Usually within 24 hours of the walkthrough.
  4. You decide, on your schedule. If listing with an agent would net you more, we tell you that in writing too.
